The Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Appraisals are the basis for a category of bankruptcy that will allow the homeowner to usually keep their home. This Chapter 13 Bankruptcy is a great solution for those that have found themselves in an "upside down" position with their home mortgage. Also when there is a death, an estate appraisal is required to provide to the court to document the value as of the date of death.
